Our Policy
- Standard return requests are typically accepted within 7 to 14 days of receiving your order.
- Garments must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all original tags attached
- Bespoke designs, custom sizing, personalized orders, or upcycled custom runs are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival.
- Items purchased during special archive sales or promotional events are final sale or eligible for exchange/store credit only.
- Return shipping charges are typically covered by the customer , unless the item delivered was incorrect or defective.
Valid Reasons for Exchange
- Wrong size sent (our error)
- Wrong item sent (our error)
- Item has a manufacturing defect
