How to Place Your Order

Ordering is simple and straightforward. Here's how:

Option 1 — Order via WhatsApp (Recommended)

• Screenshot or share the product you love from our Instagram or website.
• Send us a message on WhatsApp: 0796 770 862.
• Let us know your size, preferred colour, and delivery location.
• We'll confirm availability and send you the total including delivery.
• Make payment via M-Pesa Till No. 5894819.
• Send us the M-Pesa confirmation message.
• Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours!

Option 2 — Order via the Website

• Browse our collections and add items to your cart.
• Proceed to Checkout and fill in your delivery details.
• Complete payment via M-Pesa.
• You'll receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

Custom & Bespoke Orders

For gowns marked as custom made, please WhatsApp us with your measurements:

• Bust, Waist, Hips (in cm)
• Height
• Event date (to ensure on-time delivery)

Allow 2–3 weeks for custom production.
